At Soma Organic Mattresses we consult people daily on the benefits of a healthier mattress and sleep accessories including pillows, duvets, sheets, and so on. Our sleep consultants provide consumers with the information and insight into the benefits of a totally organic sleep system that is entirely natural and anatomically designed with ergonomics in mind. We consult everything from chemical sensitivity, Fibromyalgia, sleep apnea, and other forms of insomnia to help them choose the correct mattress and if the one they choose is not working Soma will continue to work with our customers until a comfortable restorative night’s sleep is achieved.
Green Sleep’s Soma Collection combines all natural rubber which is pure latex sap from the Hevea Brasiliensis (Rubber Tree). The seed from the North Malaysia 600 rubber tree provides the purest, most elastic rubber on the planet; no synthetic fillers are added to core production.
The wool from our Soma Collection comes from Texel Island off the coast of the Holland which produces a thicker strain of wool due to a climate that produces a much harsher climate creating a more durable resilient type of wool that provides the ultimate in moisture control and insulation. The fleeces are only washed with a vegetable based soap in hot water that has not been treated in any way ensuring that 4 to 6% of the lanolin remains intact which is a natural dust repellent.
Soma Organic Mattresses from this collection are covered in a soft organic cotton jersey that is 100% certified organically grown hand picked cotton. Everything from the spinning, knitting, and finishing is free of any chemicals from the production process.

The Zilvereen

The Zilvereen is a 6.5 inch organic mattress with 3 different comfort levels that can be customized for either side of the bed to cater to the needs of each sleeping partner. The mattress consists of 3 individual natural rubber plates made from the North Malaysian 600 latex sap. The cover is a double envelope made from 100% organic cotton velour and 100% pure virgin Texel wool that provides more additional comfort in a moisture resistant layer keeping the humidity at bay allowing you to sleep more soundly. Combine this mattress with a S 200 foundation from Green Sleep to complete a truly unique sleep system that will support and alleviate pressure from those aching muscles and joints. The S 200 foundation combines supportive slats with flexible dowels made from kiln dried untreated poplar. The foundation is covered in organic cotton and pure virgin wool.

The Gulden is an 8″ natural rubber mattress from Green Sleep with multiple comfort levels including 4 plates that can be customized for individual comforts on either side of the mattress. This unique sleep system when combined with the North Malaysia 600 natural rubber and Green Sleep’s ergonomic S 300 flexible dowels provides each sleeper with the ultimate in a rejuvenating and restorative night’s sleep.
